No customer service. Only 1 person working counter at airport. Waited over 45 minutes to get a car. No one at drop off site. Only key box. Was charged for 5 gal of gas when tank was full. Was charged for 2 hours over when I returned car on time. Can't verify anything because no one was at drop off location. No paperwork.

Reserved a vehicle for 12p and didn’t receive a vehicle until after 2pm. Car was a little rough, dings and scratches all over and had a cigarette smell.
