Car was old, 2024 with 58k miles. Blind-spot warning didn't always work. Cruise control didn't always work, would disconnect or accelerate unexpectedly. Driver and passenger inside windows were dirty as was the carpet. Hertz used to be the benchmark for renting a car but sadly the quality has gone way down.

To many extra charges that you are not aware of up front. Wish they just let me know up front.
