A rental car company that doesn't have any cars. What's the point of prepaying and making a reservation? Not even an offer to comp or upgrade, I offered to take a downgrade and they still didn't have cars.

Car smelled like cigarettes. Windshield wiper fluid was empty. Check in process took a long time which they will charge you a late fee even if you make it to the parking lot on time.

Stood in line for 30 minutes. Ran out of cars. Told me to come back the next day and my rental will be com’p. Came back and was told they wouldn’t honor the agreement. Staff incredibly unprofessional.
