“Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”
“My experience with Elizabeth and Ralph was excellent. I was able to prepay my account quickly and also switch my wife from Tracfone to AT&T very quickly. I got a great deal on a new phone for my wife and Ralph took care of the phone number and data transfer from her old phone to the new one. I am extremely pleased with how quickly and competently it was all done.
I highly recommend AT&T and the Erie Blvd. store. They are awesome employees.”

“Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.”

“David G was amazing—I walked in to pay my elderly mothers phone bill and he let me know she was paying for an HBO max subscription (she doesn’t even know how to text—definitely wasn’t using that) and he helped lower her bill. He could’ve let me just pay the bill and send me on my way but he cared enough to look into why an elderly woman’s bill was so high and I truly appreciate the amazing customer service”

The young lady that I just manages it very nice I call her Texas cuz that's where she's from haha been very helpful for me matter of fact I cracked the screen on my phone recently and she helped me order another one through the insurance and I'll bring it back in and she will help me put it all together. “Spoke with Bill today. I went to the tall ave store. Bill helped me getting a new phone, did not pressure me trying to go with the highest price. Gave me the best phone in my price range. Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk. If I ever need anything else I will definitely be seeing Bill at the Tall Ave store. If I was able to give him a 10 star rating I would of. Thank you for hiring a wonderful employee. Mary”
