The employees here are saints. Whenever I’ve gone to this location, there is at least one customer screaming about something they had absolutely no control over (as if stamp prices nationwide are set by the employees in Syracuse). Still, the workers here are professional and patient with them.

Please train your postal carriers on how to read addresses correctly, I’m getting tired of delivering mail to different people. They are just looking at the number on the houses and not the whole address. This keeps up, you’ll need to put me on the payroll, not doing it for free anymore!

These workers are very familiar with me as I go there a lot. Many times they charged me way too much for using priority boxes when I wasn't sending the package priority mail. I only recently learned that they are not supposed to do that. (Don't let any post office be pushy in that way!)
