My package has been bouncing around Syracuse.. finally landed at Solvay.. but of course they sent it elsewhere.. tried to call customer service, to maybe flag the tracking to find the issue.. but of course it is just a bot that tells you exactly what the tracking says..

Stop by there today to return a letter that needed to be forwarded in the office was closed after hours I tapped on the glass and a nice man stepped out and I and I explained to him what my problem was and he took the time to help me I really appreciate that thank you
