“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with.
I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help.
I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate.
There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind!
He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance.

I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. “I had such an amazing experience at Staples, especially with Everson, Richard, and Wade at the Printing Center! I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true.
They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to make every change I needed until I was completely satisfied with the final product. They never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother, even though I know last-minute wedding projects can be stressful!
I truly cannot thank Everson, Richard, and Wade enough for going above and beyond to help make such an important part of my wedding day perfect. “I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“I had a great experience at the Staples in Paramus, specifically for my TSA PreCheck enrollment. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The employee assisting me was both highly knowledgeable and personable, making what could have been a tedious chore an absolute breeze.
The staff overall is kind and helpful, which makes for a welcoming store environment. The only drawback is that the inventory feels a bit shallow in certain areas; the store seems heavy on items like computer printers and paper shredders but is light on other categories. Still, for the excellent service and efficient TSA setup, it is a very good store.”

“This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”

“Great experience. The two workers were very helpful. Unlike another place I went to. They took me same day for an expedited passport, but you should make an appointment. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in. Both workers were thoughtful and very thorough and answered all of our questions. Now I can make my trip with my wife.
