“Searching for any furniture can be time-consuming and is guaranteed to cause familial tension. However, looking for baby furniture takes this to a whole new level, or at least that's how it felt when we shopped at some of the national chains. Fortunately, early in our journey to outfit our little one's room, we discovered Castle Kids, and we quickly transitioned from not finding a single option we liked elsewhere to debating which of two options to purchase from their store. DJ was honest and incredibly easy to work with, making us feel comfortable while shopping without ever feeling pressured. Their selection effortlessly caters to anyone's decor and budget, and the furniture itself is of such high quality that even a year after our purchase, it still looks as good as new. If you're in the Westchester area, do yourself a favor before settling for one of the national chains and pay Castle Kids a visit. You'll be glad you did! We certainly are and can't wait to return when we're expecting baby #2 in the near future.”

The showroom is small but they were in stock on several great options and we were able to schedule delivery for the day of our move. On that day, I panicked and thought I had ordered the wrong size mattress and they agreed to switch it out at no cost. Luckily that wasn't necessary but I mention it to say that these are really nice people. Highly recommend!”

“Great HomeGoods location! Similar to a sister store in the area, this store is clean FOR THE MOST PART. Sometimes it seems like things got to hectic and the staff was unable to keep the store neat. The last time I visited this location it was packed, but on my most recent venture, the store was pretty calm and quiet. Obviously it's a HomeGoods, so if your looking to nicely décor your home or apartment (OR DORM) it's a great place to find some nice stuff for a great price!Overall Rating: 8/10”

“So ... I'm the son of a former maven in the carpet industry. Why do I share this? Because that makes me a tough customer. Tough to sell to; tough to install for while I'm overseeing the cutting, seaming, etc. etc. etc. With all that said ... you'd have to be a fool to buy carpet anywhere else other than Westchester House and Home. I walked in, was greeted kindly, told Kathy what the carpet was being purchased for, the color requirements, and equally as important, what my price point was. She went directly to a stack of showroom samples and said here's your baby. And she was right. Totally. On the first try. What more can a customer ask for? Just when you think things can't get any better, they did. The carpet was delivered the day it was promised and then I had the great pleasure of meeting Luis, the expert carpet installer. It was a relatively big install, so Luis and his team arrived early then at 5:15 Luis asked, "How late can we work?" Now ... it's been my experience that when the end of day bell rings, out the door go the workmen. Not here. Luis and his hardworking confidants stayed at my home to near 9:00 in the evening so they could get the job done in one shot. And get the job done they did. Expertly, and might I dare to say in the prose of carpet industry jargon, seamlessly. I highly recommend Westchester House and Home. To go anywhere else would just be plain silly.”
