“This place is way better than all the sketchy scamming gas stations around here this dollar general was pretty good, and had a good experience with the employee there would recommend this place to grab snacks instead of the gas stations around they also have a seasonal isle for pool items and water toys”
“This Tops Market, at 150 Niagara St. in Tonawanda, is on a par with every other Tops I've shopped in Western NY. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restroom stank, and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working, nor was one of the soap dispensers. But considering the efforts going into sanitizing the store as much as possible and keeping customers safe, I can't fault anyone. These are not normal times. And like many essential businesses that remain open during this quarantine, they are short-staffed. At one entrance to the store, an employee wipes down shopping carts with disinfectant, completely. At the other entrance are clean carts, for anyone not wanting to wait for a sanitized cart to dry. Or, as in most stores, you can help yourself to disinfectant wipes for carts and hands, which is great for the cart I wheeled in from the parking lot. I like this Tops. It's small enough to be personal, and large enough to be... Tops Market.”

Minus: the register monitor. He was not friendly. He was more interested in the activity on his phone than customers. He was substantially more attentive to watching a pair of short-shorts wearing teenage girls than assisting my friend with an error code on her register screen. It's highly unlikely we'll be back.”

“Cashier that is behind the counter during the day is very good at her job. Helpful and kind. Store is a normal dollar general and has what you expect but the employees make this one in particular great.”
