“Very poor customer service. No one answered the phone. On hold for hours a d I mean many hour.and then the hang up on me. My girlfriend and I both call at the same time and waite 4 hours. She needs her prescription filled and for some reason the pharmacist said she doe t have the insurance a d she works as an OR nurse in the hospital a d in a union. I just can't believe that highmark can spend the money to put there name on our football stadium and they do t have enough staff to answer the phone. Very very sad and ugly”
