“I haven't been there cause I'm handicapped..but my girl is filling it beautifully..I have my own insurance and locks so I could definitely afford it .the location is fabulous cause it's near my new apt complex..I finally found affordable mover n I'll be moving soon..I moved to California in 1977 n visited Buffalo a lot cause in 70s n early 80s all restaurants closed for 3 months n reopened in october so I put all my stuff in storage n visited bflo n 2xs I had surgery m stayed couple years n used storage for 2 yrs+I LUV them and yours is really helping now..moving in to KEN TON PRESBYTERIAN COMPLEX IS CLOSE CAUSE ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE I THINK TO EMPTY CAUSE I HAVE TO HAVE 2 SURGERIES..UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO BE ALONE IN MY APARTMENT BUT MAYBE I WILL STAY AT NURSING CENTER FOR 4 TO 6 WEEKS SO ILL LEAVE MY STUFF AT YOUR PLACE..ANYWAY..YOU HAVE BEEN A BLESSING....GOD BLESS YOU”

“Not a bad storage place I do not recommend you storing Furniture here or anything fabric. My household items were stored here for just about 2 months had to throw away so much because it was covered in mold didn't have insurance so basically lost a lot of things. Pricing for this is not that bad good easy people to work with awesome to have access to your stuff 24/7”
“I refuse to go to any other U Haul. This place, is the best. I always have the best talks with whomever is working that day, and they're all very friendly! Storage is decent too, convenient 24 hour access. The propane is such a convenience, being able to refill your tank instead of returning it for a ridiculous amount of money. At the end of the day, the staff is, truly, the reason Im loyal to this location”
“What a wonderful staff working today!
We had a small engine light we wanted to check on. Dropped our trailer and car, for safety had our car checked out (it was low on oil). Return quickly and we as informed we had previously had our trailer and car hooked up wrong. The young gentleman today showed was the only Uhaul employee from Omaha to St. Louis to Buffalo that helped us hook up the car with the chains and actually checked our lights. The other two uhaul helped us tie down the tires and that was it. No one had checked the lights. We had don’t that on our own until we met these young men, and no one had told us how to use and hook up the chains properly until the young gentleman here that helped us. We could have been an accident waiting to happen, thankfully we are back on the road hooked up properly. Thank You very much guys! We appreciate you! Certainly hope

“This is probably the nicest storage unit I have ever rented. Clean, protected from the elements, and drive up access big enough for a 26ft truck. Doug is simply fantastic in any metric you'd care to measure. I was actually sad to be moving out into a facility not nearly as well appointed as this one.”
