My husband I got a farm share from Edible Uprising for the first time in 2022. The quality of the vegetables and herbs that we received were top notch each week and well worth the investment. We are happy to keep supporting this family and farm for years to come!

I've had a lot of CSAs over the years, and this ranks among the best. The veggies are top quality and the variety cannot be beat. I also appreciate Alicia and Ben's responsiveness and flexibility -- I often have to pick up my share late or move it to a different day, and they are always able to accommodate me.I got the flower share for the first time, and it brings joy to my life every week. I can't thank them enough :)

I've ordered a couple of veggie boxes and I've been impressed with how healthy the vegetables look. So happy I found this place.

I can not say enough about this place! If you go, or join the CSA; the first thing you might notice is that every little detail is considered - and with no stress! The farm stand is clean and very well organized (and cute!) and the veggies grow proudly behind it! Ben and Alicia are as open and welcoming as you can imagine! Edible Uprising is so obviously their passion and commitment! You can see, feel and taste ALL of this love in everything they grow!I strongly suggest getting in on the CSA! It is the most generous I’ve found and the food is grown with skill and love, which can’t help but have a healthy impact on you, and the strength and well being of the community!

Edible Uprising is so easy to give 5 stars to. Regenerative farming is critical for our future, and they do it in such good form. Veggie quality is incredible, farm stand is so fun on Saturday, their scholarship program helps local families who cannot afford the CSA. Love this place.

I can't say enough about Edible Uprising and the incredible farmers who run it. They have transformed a small plot of land deep in south Troy into a stunning, bountiful regenerative farm that nourishes and delights many through their CSA share program, farm stand, and local restaurants. Their scholarship program helps to feed local, low income families, and they regularly donate large quantities of produce to Troy's food pantries. Their farm stand and the community they've created around the Saturday CSA share pickups has been heartwarming - it's wonderful to see the neighborhood come together over a shared appreciation for local, regeneratively grown produce.

We've visited this little gem of a farm within the city limits of Troy, N. Y., and were entranced with the lush health and beauty of the vegetables and flowers, and the sheer variety of plants they are growing. Alicia and Ben have created a paradise in their very first year. And the tomatoes! The radishes! The kale! The sweet potatoes! I cannot enjoy grocery store vegetables again, knowing what's possible to find fresh from their farm. With their second year coming up, I cannot imagine what delicious treats await us.

An idyllic small farm providing fresh nutritious vegetables for the community. Run by two of the most dedicated and knowledgeable farmers I have ever encountered! I can’t recommend a better CSA in the area. The farm stand on Saturday's is an excellent opportunity to see the farm, engage with the owners, and pick up a variety of fresh vegetables!

I spent some time on the farm during a Saturday CSA pick up. What a wonderful groups of folks that came through! All the warm connections boosted my spirits. I'm inspired by in the vision that Alicia and Ben are creating in this oasis in South Troy.
