“I rarely leave reviews but Tammy and Pawling Flowers made it worth leaving one. I had ordered flowers from one of the national floral delivery routing services (which was obviously my first mistake) and they failed to deliver - literally and figuratively. I called Tammy after 5pm in the evening and explained my situation. She was empathetic and objectively one of the most upbeat and cheerful people I've ever spoken to. We agreed on a style, price point and delivery date for the following day. The arrangement arrived, the recipient was thrilled with the result and all was made right. I've learned my lesson and will obviously be using Tammy and Pawling for my future floral orders and can't recommend them more highly.”
