“We visited the Latham store twice and both times we received excellent care. Upon our second visit, Rich assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient, providing tips to extend the life of our new mattress. He gave us his personal cell number for any questions and even called us on his day off to ensure we were satisfied with the delivery and product. We weren’t thrilled with the mattress protector we chose but Rich took care of it and offered a replacement. Delivery was a breeze, the drivers arrived on time and were professional and careful in our home. Overall very pleased from start to finish and we can tell the folks at this business care about their work!”

“As we entered a very nice lady, Paula was her name, made sure to greet us and immediately and asked us about our needs. I explained to her that I’ve been looking for a pillow for my neck issues and she knew immediately what to have me try! She was so nice and very easy to talk to! “I was very pleased from the first moment I entered the store. Alan the owner listened to what I was looking for. He walked me over to a coil mattress made by Gold Bond. I liked that it had been around since 1899 and family owned.I tried out the mattress and it was very comfortable. Alan showed me interior structure of the mattress and I was impressed. I bought the mattress on 11/15 and it was delivered to my home on the following Monday 11/20. Delivery was professional and was done in a efficient amount of time. I was so impressed after buying the from Cresent Mattresses that I referred our cousin. They also made a purchased if the same mattress. I will recommend Cresent Mattreses to more family and friends. “This is my 5th or 6th time ordering furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. I always find the sales people helpful but not stalking my every move. They are all knowledgeable and I do my homework. I research several items I am interested in and have not been disappointed in the quality or pricing. On occasion I will have to wait for an actual sale where it is more than $25 difference but that would be my only "complaint". I have used their warranty previously and they are good for their word and have corrected any issue I may have. I've even ordered replacement cushions from them to extend the life of a living room set and not only did they match the color, as we had owned it for 5 years, to account for any fade that had taken place but it was VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ryan Schofield in the Clifton Park location. He is attentive, funny and truly helps you not only get you what you need but at the best possible price for your situation. We are military and they provided a discount. My most recent purchase was to replace an impulse buy at a competitor and I will never shop their again I was very disappointed in the quality of their product. Stick with Raymour & Flanigan for quality at an affordable price.”

“Love Huck Finn warehouse always find just what you want from the showroom. Just purchased new carpet and mattresses a couple months ago and they are great and comfortable. Purchase furniture last year and it's still comfortable and In great shape with animals in the home. Would definitely recommend to everyone.”

“My experience with Freight Liquidators was incredible. From the moment, my friend and I entered the store and saw the purple couch and love seat, the journey was so smooth flowing!Tim the wonderful young man who assisted in the entire process was knowledgeable, respectful and most enjoyable to interact with! He showed us a gorgeous queen size futon which I was looking for and I purchased all three pieces.I set up delivery arranging with Tim and that went very well also. I received a call a short while before delivery was scheduled and delivery folks said they would be here shortly. They arrived and carefully brought in the furniture; and also put together the futon for me. They also took off all the packaging for the couch and loveseat and added the beautiful bottom "feet"Every company should have excellent products like this as well as incredible customer service and complete follow-through. And all done by super nice staff!!!”
