I liked that it had been around since 1899 and family owned.I tried out the mattress and it was very comfortable. Alan showed me interior structure of the mattress and I was impressed. I bought the mattress on 11/15 and it was delivered to my home on the following Monday 11/20. Delivery was professional and was done in a efficient amount of time.
