“Mike took my grandsons Ford Fiesta in even after being to other shops on being a Ford dealer that said cars brakes were unfixable. Took a few days but he got the car fixed which made my grandson very happy. He really like his car. The lady that answered the phone (sorry but I don’t remember her name) was always very polite and helpful when I called every day checking in. Great job to everyone.”
