“I had never been to a skate shop before but decided we'd make the trek(70'ish mi) to take my son and 3 of his friends to check out some boards and CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS how FANTASTIC our experience was! From the second we walked down the steps and entered the store, I myself was "struck" with how very..... VERY cool the vibe is in this place(of course the kids heads about "exploded" with everything that Seasons has to offer)! Tons of boards/trucks/wheels ect, along with an excellent assortment of t-shirts/hoodies/shoes and more! Trevor exudes a level of GENUINENESS that is quite honestly...... Almost unbelievable!!! It's abundantly clear that not only does he LOVE skating but he loves everything ABOUT skating! VERY easy guy to talk with, super professional and ultra knowledgeable! Ended up with 4 new complete builds, shirts/hoodies and shoes while coming in well UNDER what I had expected! Absolutely FANTASTIC experience all around and i can't recommended SEASONS highly enuff to ANYONE looking for anything board oriented..... Period!”

“Yesterday, I stepped into the Loft store for my first time. I needed a dress for a wedding and hoped the Loft would have something I liked and that would fit me. Two extremely personable stylists, Erin and Monica, found out what occasion the dress was for and then went about bringing into the dressing room dress after dress. They both continued to check in on me until I found a dress. They also helped with honest opinions about the “possible” dresses. They made dress shopping easy and actually enjoyable. I’m delighted to have the Loft store be a place to shop and have a pleasant time.Again, thank you Erin and Monica. “I’m a surveyor. I hike up and down hills, roads, rail lines, etc every day in these boots. I’ve had them six months now. They were $350 and worth it. The sales lady was unprofessional. 11/10 boots 6/10 customer service. I’ll be back.”

“I have been going to this stride rite for almost 9 years. I am a firm believer in getting your children in a properly fitted shoe. I love the people in this store. Even when it is busy, they still give you the attention you need, so if you go during a busy time you will need to be patient. You'll be glad you waited as you will get the attention you deserve when your turn comes around. It is the only place I buy my kids' shoes as they are picky and have wide feet. They need to have thier shoes fitted. I do wish they had more variety, but with wide feet, I have come to realize that their options are limited. The employees at this store always recommend what is best and we all leave happy! I hope this helps new mom's or people looking for a shoe store that will get your new walkers or older children in the right shoe.”
“I feel I need to leave this review about the Skechers in Latham. After a disappointing experience at the Albany Skechers—where I spent about 30 minutes trying on shoes without a single greeting or offer of help, and struggled to find my size or the styles I wanted—I walked out frustrated.
A month later, I decided to try the Latham location, and the difference was night and day. I walked in about an hour before closing, and the two staff members on duty greeted me right away, talked with me, asked what I was looking for, and genuinely helped me out. Because of that level of service, my wife and I ended up buying five pairs of sneakers. The atmosphere felt right, and we were treated exactly the way customers should be.

“I was visiting from out of town this morning during the farmers market, and a young gentleman named Antonio (I really hope I'm getting that right... there were a number of whiskey tasting stalls at the market, so I apologize if I've remembered incorrectly) was working at the store. I came in once, looked at a few things on my own, and left. I came back a little later, as my wife was trying some things on from the boutique down the street, and out of the blue, Antonio pointed out an entirely separate rack of one of the jackets I had looked at earlier. I hadn't foudn my size the first time, but there it was ont he new rack!! While I was trying that on, he approached me with another recommendation I hadn't even seen, and honestly probably wouldn't have picked up, but it was GENIUS! It looks fantastic on me. Great salesman, and incredibly helpful!!
I'm not even going to start on all the things my wife picked up, but she's been grinning since the visit.
