My husband and I entered this store with the simple intention of setting up WiFi, but we left with a complete disaster of a bill. Mark Apisa completely mishandled our account, adding on numerous services and products that we neither wanted nor used. He confidently assured us about a 30-day guarantee, suggesting we return on the 31st day. It was clear that he was only interested in securing his commission, fully aware that our window for cancellation would close right before we could act. These individuals are nothing but crooks and scammers. I can't speak to what service you should choose, but I can tell you that the people in this store are solely focused on making sales—nothing more. Do yourself a favor and go to the Colonie Mall instead.

Never go with spectrum. They are pricy, and the price will increase each month for no reason, plus the internet always has an issue

Spent 2 hours with them doing little to no help. Neither customer service in person or on the phone are no good.

I was in the store (Hoosick St. Troy NY) today and was waiting a while to be waited on. All I needed was to pick up equipment. There were 3 men and one woman. She rudely told me to go sign in and when it was my turn I would be called. Her tone was loud, abrasive, and obnoxious. One of the men said I know you have been here a while, let me take care of you. Meanwhile, the loud fat woman started calling names out that had signed in. The first 3 names were either gone or were currently being taken care of. Interesting that they weren't even using their own system.
She certainly could use a few courses in customer service and how to be a decent human.
The man that waited on me was kind and efficient.

No problems with the store. It was clean and the gentleman was helpful and polite. I got internet service for my new apartment.

8/9/2023 we're number 6 with only two people open however a third person come out to see if everyone is signed in he can see that there are a few people waiting he just looks at us and walks out for a cigarette break. WTF dude

For a tech company, their tech sux. Type in number ( for second time ) at counter. Hit send. Nothing. Read it off to rep. Have to show id to pay my bill. They have no change, so it's underpay by $3 or over pay by $17. After waiting in line for 15 minutes. The place is a joke.

The employee who waited on me gave me a business card that had his email address on it. I wrote him with a question two years ago. Still haven't heard back.Also, there was this slightly overweight guy in his mid-to-late-twenties with glasses who I was not a fan of. He never waited on me personally, but that was only because I watched how he was with other customers, and I would not go to him. (If I was next in line and it looked like I'd get him, I'd "remember" that I left something in my car and come back so that I could avoid getting him.) His treatment/demeanor was so bad that I watched a woman storm out of the store, yelling, "You're rude, and I'll be filing a complaint with Spectrum!"
