8/9/2023 we're number 6 with only two people open however a third person come out to see if everyone is signed in he can see that there are a few people waiting he just looks at us and walks out for a cigarette break. WTF dude

For a tech company, their tech sux. Type in number ( for second time ) at counter. Hit send. Nothing. Read it off to rep. Have to show id to pay my bill. They have no change, so it's underpay by $3 or over pay by $17. After waiting in line for 15 minutes. The place is a joke.

The employee who waited on me gave me a business card that had his email address on it. I wrote him with a question two years ago. Still haven't heard back.Also, there was this slightly overweight guy in his mid-to-late-twenties with glasses who I was not a fan of. He never waited on me personally, but that was only because I watched how he was with other customers, and I would not go to him. (If I was next in line and it looked like I'd get him, I'd "remember" that I left something in my car and come back so that I could avoid getting him.) His treatment/demeanor was so bad that I watched a woman storm out of the store, yelling, "You're rude, and I'll be filing a complaint with Spectrum!"

Long lines, bad service. So happy I left Spectrum. Only ill informed people or people who like to burn money will shop here with an ATT Verizon or t mobile right next door

I was greeted by being told the emplyee wasnt working and then 3 employees sat in a corner mocking me when i asked for help returning defective equipment. Most disrespectful staff ive ever met

Always great prices always great service!!! I'm dealing with a problem with national grid and their negligence with the power lines by my home. Andrew came to my home and confirmed the issue was not in fact spectrum. Broke it down and explained to me what the exact issue was. He tried to get national grid on the phone with me and was just as dissapointed when we couldn't. He also talked me through setting up my wireless router (I absolutely cannot afford to pay to have it done) and gave me support where I absolutely needed it!!! I cannot believe there are people like him in the world and I am just so thankful. I hope you go amazing places Andrew!!! You deserve the best!!! Give him a RAISEEE!!!

Went there to see about phone svc and got told my new android is not compatible with there stuff. Tried to upsell me to a apple phone instead. If I wanted a apple phone I would have brought one.

The second I walk in, the manager just says, 'if you're here to make a payment, just use the kiosk in the back.' What shoddy customer service, no 'how can I help you today' or anything along those lines. And I wouldn't mind being advised to use it if they were busy, but they weren't. It's just two employees sitting there doodling. I felt like saying 'why, so you two can work even les?' Definitely canceling this service once my contract expires. I expect good customer service with my hard earned money being spent. The manager in here is a burn out, and it's obvious to other customers too.

They are crooks who offer cell phones but don't tell customers that they don't offer insurance and send you to call the Samsung company. so that they come to ask you for the emei of the phone and tell you that your phone that offers Espectrum is a fraud because it is not suitable for use in the United States
