I had an issue that had been frustrating me for a while, and Kandice went above and beyond to help. Not only did she resolve the problem quickly, but she also took extra steps to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. She actually listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
In a world where good customer service feels harder and harder to find, Kandice truly hit the mark. She’s the kind of manager every company needs. Highly recommend!

i just went to my unit yesterday. I spoke to Jared in the office and confirmed everything. he gave me my door code and said you will be ready. I went there after hours and my door code did not work. I tried multiple times on either door and then the office they had already left so I called 888 number and their service told me that they could not get in touch with anybody that I would have to come back tomorrow, meanwhile, I have the people moving me with me with all of my things. so eventually, I called back again and asked to speak to a manager Who gave me a temporary code which did not work either. someone else came and tried to get in and their code was not working either called back a third time and got another code and was able to find a door on the side that accepted that code which was nowhere near my unit. Once inside, there was no carts anywhere to be found making it us have to take all of my things from one side of the building and walk them all to where my unit was. I am very disappointed and I will be getting my things out of there before my first month is over.also The inside is extremely dirty dingy and very claustrophobic. I have rented storage units from all over the place 10 different places if not more this is absolutely the worst I’ve ever used and I do not suggest them to anyone.

Worst experience ever, I rented a 7*5 unit and was told over the phone it was 7ft deep by 5ft wide. Also was told it was easy to access some I'm medically disabled ( it was not even close to being easily accessible) This was on the 2nd of the month, I went over on the 7th to put a lock on it and it was not what was quoted to me, if it was 3ft deep I would be surprised. I also had a medical emergency and was unable to move the boxes to the unit. I called them on the 10th and asked to cancel and refund it since I was lied to about sizes and they refused to return any of the money. The supervisor was going to go see the size but guarantee they do nothing for it. He also claimed they laser measure it and open a new laser each time ( that would be a lot of laser measurers). Going to attach picture of floor so you can clearly see it's not even close to 7 ft deep. Don't waste you money renting from them. It's not handicap accessible and honestly not the cleanest
