I hadn’t even stored here a full 2 months before receiving a post card stating that they were doubling the monthly payment for a closet sized storage unit. Do not recommend.

I booked my unit online & moved in easy a few hours later. They have nice, friendly staff. Very satisfied with this business.

Rent increased, if you move your belongings out they want you to wash up somewhere else. Sign is on bathroom door from company. That sign has been removed. Another issue is manager or owner approached me accusing me of not having a unit wanting to know the number of my units he wasn't located in the office and he wasn't allowing his office staff to ask questions and it was during the day when you didn't need a passcode to get in and some of their doors aren't working properly and their locks aren't working properly and I am not recommending this place after the conversation with the manager and he was giving me details I didn't ask for. He told me that he was being robbed in there and he thought people were living in those places. I don't really believe that and this is extra space and life storage works for them. I am going to be moving my household items out.

Very helpful, very clean best experience I’ve had with this service, way better then Uhaul wish you had truck but still excellent service and the staff is the best very helpful.
