They provided excellent care and were honest about his prognosis, without pushing us to make any decisions regarding his care. The doctors and staff at Miller always went the extra mile to take our phone calls or get back to us quickly if we left a voicemail. “We had to put our 15 yr old cat to rest. We had never been to this vet before as we recently moved to Troy. I must say, their level of compassion and respect is unbelievable. About a week after I picked up his ashes, I received a card from the them that everyone in the office had signed. I never in all my years of saying goodbye to beloved pets have I received a sympathy card from the vet staff. I look forward to a long relationship with this vet with our other 2 boys.
