I was on hold with the Walgreens pharmacy for over an hour, only to be hung up on. After that, I drove to the store and waited in line for 40 minutes, where I was again met with attitude and excuses. I was then told to wait another 35 minutes while they “checked to see” if they could fill my order — and in the end, they couldn’t.
I’ve never had so many problems just trying to pick up an order. Since being transferred from Rite Aid, I understand they’re busy, but every visit or call is met with confusion and poor communication. On top of that, asking simple questions gets treated like an inconvenience. This has been one of the most frustrating pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had.

Most all of the store staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a night manager that was apparently having a bad week and took it out on me. I didn't get rewards for a deal posted. He said " prove it". After explaining him the deal he went and looked and credited me. This was totally unavoidable and he has major attitude.

No pharmacy on weekends absolutely unacceptable. Don't offer pharmacy services if you can't follow through. Certain medications cannot be transferred which risks people's health on the weekend. Spend the money needed to keep the pharmacy open. This customer is done.

The pharmacist and techs are doing an amazing job considering everything they are currently going through. Walgreens corporate needs to step up and help them to serve the community better. They are overworked, underpaid and having to deal with angry customers over reduced service hours. Meanwhile patients are not getting their sometimes life-saving medications. It is a public health risk.

I've always found them outstanding as far as going to leave a blood sample at LabCorp. The staff also are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Always in and out. I typically fund exactly what I'm looking for. I'm surprised to see low reviews. This is my go-to store 2-3 times a week for YEARS.

I’ve had prescriptions sent to several pharmacies over the years, and this is by far the worst one. Don’t expect to be in and out with your prescription in under half an hour. It’s gotten to the point where I have to plan my entire day around going to the pharmacy. The pharmacists always seem incompetent as well, like they don’t know how to work the computer system. I think they need to hire more people, because it is incredibly frustrating.

Waited over an hour for vaccine. Pharmacy not remotely busy. Why have an appointment?

Was left a message that my prescription was ready. I picked up this same prescription last month at this location. I arrive in the drive up and was told that there was nothing in the system for me to pick up but it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and returned to the drive thru only to be told that I would need to wait another 30 minutes until my prescription was ready. Very disappointed in Walgreens. Why leave me a message stating that pick up was ready if nothing was in the system. Very big waste of my time and I still don’t have the medicine I need.

Worst pharmacy anywhere. They call to say you have a script ready for pick .... Go to pick it up and are told it'll be 15minutes it's not ready!???? Make an appointment for vaccination tell you to be there 15 minutes early....wait 45 minutes only to to have someone walk in off the street get call first! Such a horrible place. Completely disorganized.
