Staff so rude I got shoes as gift and size was little big I just want to change with smaller size they refuse and insist that I have receipts and I was not have it this so bad as I do not want to return just get smaller size very bad experience I will not recommend it for any one to shop there.”

“I live in Connecticut but travel to Troy regularly to visit family. Found Truly Rhe 6 years ago while at the Farmers Market. Have been going back ever since. The staff is friendly and the clothing and accessories all have a fresh and fun feel. Totally different than the “same old, same old” stuff that you see at the big shopping malls. I am often asked by friends and strangers where I get my clothes because they are unique and I proudly say “Truly Rhe” in Troy, NY. If you can’t get to Troy in person, watch their Saturday morning shows on FB. Seeing the clothes on their models (models of all sizes) gives you a glimpse of how they will fit you. Then just message or call the store and they will send you these beautiful clothes to your home. Huge Rhe fan!”
