I went in today with my 17 year old daughter to get her a passport- we were helped by Carmesha B. She was very polite and helpful. I was dreading the whole experience but she made everything go smoothly.

The complainers don't know how good they have it at this location, especially compared to the Yonkers Ave 10704 branch. I go out of my way to use the Tuckahoe branch and the people are both friendlier and more competent than most other locations.
