“I am so glad I found this store. I usually have to go to special bra stores that carry my size. I had been going to a store that for personal reasons, I didn’t want to go there anymore. Then I found Gena. I can’t say enough nice things. Her store is beautiful. She is wonderful. I also LOVE that she takes gently used bras to donate to the women’s shelter. That is amazing and shows what a kind heart she has. Once I left, I contacted a bunch of my female friends and told them about her store. I usually dread bra shopping but today was a nice experience. I will never go elsewhere now. I’m so glad I found her and her store!”

“This review is long overdue, but I’m still thinking about it, so I’m finally writing it!
I had a last-minute event and ran into GAP looking for something to wear. To be honest, I never feel great in jeans, so I usually avoid them. But I decided to give it another try. I ran into the first staff member I saw, her name is Evelyn , and she was amazing from the start.
I used to work in retail, so I always feel bad asking for help, but I told her about my last-minute event and how I usually struggle finding jeans that make me feel good. I’m petite with a bit of curve, which makes shopping (and fitting rooms!) stressful sometimes. Evelyn completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
In less than 20 minutes, we found the perfect pair and it turned out to be the only petite size left! I left feeling so much better than I expected to.
Huge shoutout to Evelyn your service was incredible. Thank you for making my day and helping me feel confident in something I usually dread shopping for.”

“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

“The shopping experience here is unforgettable. Ive been to this location a few times, and every experience is a 5 star one- but my latest visit on 6/15 was truly so special. Julia and Luz worked as a team, and paid special attention to me, my sister and mother. Julia took care of us personally, and Luz worked hard to get all the styles and sizes until we each found the right one for us. We stayed close to an hour just finding the right style and fit for us; and their patience was unmatched.
Even when the store became busier and more women came in to try on bras, Julia's attention me did not waiver at all even with the wave of customers; which impressed me so much. Luz was able to handle the register, floor, and grabbing stock bras at the same time. Both worked so fluidly, I honestly thought they worked that way because they were the only two in the store.
At checkout, there was a slight technical difficulty and turns out there were two more managers in the back. It really impressed me how Julia and Luz handled the floor so well with just the 3 of us, up to when there were 8 in the store. Elderly customers, disabled customers, able bodied customers of all shapes and sizes were provided the same undivided attention and patience. As a service worker and former manager, this experience stuck with me. Apologies for the long review, but was entirely necessary. Thank you Soma, and thank you Julia and Luz!!!!”
