I had a last-minute event and ran into GAP looking for something to wear. To be honest, I never feel great in jeans, so I usually avoid them. But I decided to give it another try. I ran into the first staff member I saw, her name is Evelyn , and she was amazing from the start.
I used to work in retail, so I always feel bad asking for help, but I told her about my last-minute event and how I usually struggle finding jeans that make me feel good. I’m petite with a bit of curve, which makes shopping (and fitting rooms!) stressful sometimes. Evelyn completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
In less than 20 minutes, we found the perfect pair and it turned out to be the only petite size left! I left feeling so much better than I expected to.

“ive had the gastric sleeve surgery. I started using their waist Shapers a month later, I started with the 3X and I use my shaper almost every day it's extremely comfortable and it doesn't rise... I am fully in support of this company and fast forward I'm now wearing their XL Shapers... im so happy and tell all my friends about it ... also its easy to wear underneath your clothes im wearing them with all of these outfits”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!”

Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Unfortunately it seems the staff get the short end of the stick when it comes to customers. Please be kind to retail workers! ?”

“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”
