“Walked in w crutches had order on line w a returned. I was told I needed to go to the gap factory. The cashier was not accommodating and had a bit of an attitude when I asked where to find a gap factory store. However the Spanish floor girl was quite friendly helpful and accommodating with helping get my size and color of sweats. Some folks here need customer service training”

Separate from the clothing and accessories that are available in the store, I particularly like that Laura the owner of the store makes her own branded clothing. You can ask to see the Spring or Summer catalog for her own line and peruse before you buy. This is a great business to look out for. Years to come we may also be ordering from their online catalog. “Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Walked out wit the green top and my friend got the black corset one. Both on sale for $9 each. “I am very very disappointed with the service from Forever 21 they have delivered the product late at my door when door was locked and even after cancelling the product online through customer care. They delayed to deliver the product and such a pathetic site does not have cancel product option on the App. I called 4 times customer care number to cancel the order and for refund, they referred the request to BACK END that great back end never does anything and I left my address”

“Last night, my husband and I went to Lids at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, and we were the last customers of the day. The lady in the store kindly informed us that the store was closing in 20 minutes. As we were paying, a man, if you can call him that, entered. She told him that the store was closed, and all he did was disrespect her multiple times and ask for the manager's information. The way he behaved was unnecessary, and even as we were leaving the store, he continued to harass her outside with his phone in hand, demanding information on where to complain. I say this because it's not fair that she might lose her job because of someone like him, especially when good customer service is hard to come by.”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”
