“This review is long overdue, but I’m still thinking about it, so I’m finally writing it! I had a last-minute event and ran into GAP looking for something to wear. To be honest, I never feel great in jeans, so I usually avoid them. But I decided to give it another try. I ran into the first staff member I saw, her name is Evelyn , and she was amazing from the start. I used to work in retail, so I always feel bad asking for help, but I told her about my last-minute event and how I usually struggle finding jeans that make me feel good. I’m petite with a bit of curve, which makes shopping (and fitting rooms!) stressful sometimes. Evelyn completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. In less than 20 minutes, we found the perfect pair and it turned out to be the only petite size left! I left feeling so much better than I expected to. Huge shoutout to Evelyn your service was incredible. Thank you for making my day and helping me feel confident in something I usually dread shopping for.”

“I was absolutely blown away by a usual engagement from a Kohls associate named Loida . I’ve shopped there for years and I’ve never had anyone who did more than pointed when asked a question. Loida not only walked me to and pointed out the appropriate size for my nine year old son but she gave me some space to browse and ask also circled back to ensure I was able to find everything that I needed. She also made me aware of the ability to order sizes that I don’t see at the store online . She also mentioned that if I order at the store location that delivery is even waived. I’m not sure if I’ll ever see her again but this is the resounding reason why brick and mortar retail is as necessary as air . Please put this recommendation into her permanent file as an employee because I am very impressed.Bravo:) Job well done Loida.”

“Went here yesterday for help with an online order return and the staff was pleasant despite a customer's loud phone conversation making it difficult to process what the man at the counter was attempting to relay to me. Went downstairs to get shoes and the woman named Dahlia helped me and was very sweet : ). Dahlia asked me about my forever21 coat and we had a nice conversation. Unfortunately it seems the staff get the short end of the stick when it comes to customers. Please be kind to retail workers! ?”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”
