“My husband thought he needed a monitor cable because our monitor was not working. Staples Penfield NY was out of stock of the cable. The sales associate offered to check the monitor in the store. It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. Since our computer is old we are now thinking of purchasing a new computer and will be buying it from this Staples because of the helpful sales associate.”

The staff is friendly and have been always been extremely when shipping items, particularly when I need to ship internationally for work which can often be a pain.
