“I have been a customer for some years now and all I can continue to say is....Cindy is the best!!As soon as a customer walks into the store, they meet Cindy with a smile on her face and warm greeting.She's very knowledgable about the shipping process and will inform you on when your packages should arrive at their destination.One time and only one time, I had sent a package to someone and that person kept telling me that they had not received it at their home.I waited a couple of days before I went into a panic, after those days passed by...panic I did.I gave Cindy a call and she was on it!She sent me an email stating exactly where the package was, I told the person receiving the package, they looked in that spot, and there it was.I have always enjoyed my experience with this company.”

“Tonight I went in for some last minute school supplies as many did just an hour before close. I had a list with all of the items and had no clue where to start. As I approached the school section in the rear of the store i was stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything. I really did. But the thing is she was totally out of range and made a real effort to ask as I was walking very fast and in a rush. I told her I could use some help and she turned my undoubtedly, very long tedious search into a fast one. I had 15 items total and they were all over the store. I am not familiar with the layout and this was greatly appreciated. In talking to this employee I found out that she was new and was just starting her second week. I was blown away. “The employees at this Post Office are the absolute best. They are courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and they care about their customers. In the span of 2 1/2 years in Webster, I lived in two different places and got married and changed my name. We just recently moved to Florida. A few days ago, I received an envelope from the Webster Post Office containing mail addressed to me with my old name from my last address. The change of address I put in was for my married name, but the postal workers in Webster were on top of it and forwarded the mail to me here in Florida.
