“The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.
I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.”

“I really like this bank after switching a year ago. The app is sometimes laggy but when it is working which 90% of the time it is, it is easy to use and has awesome extensions like the budgeting portion. Transferring between accounts is simple.When it comes to the people, I really don't mind going into the branch. Steve was phenomenal in opening my account and I love when he answers the phone because he's easy to talk to and understand and he is willing to help however he is able.Today I had my first no so good experience. I called and spoke with a lady who made me feel like I was bothering her by asking questions. Not the way a customer should be greeted whatsoever.Over all would definitely recommend this bank.”

“This is actually a review for their Lansing branch, but it doesn't exist in Google! We've been working with them for over a year on an estate, and they have been great the whole time. But at the very end, sending out final checks, it turned into a giant fiasco (because of me and math!) and the entire office was so kind and considerate. They walked us through the whole process, triple checked all of our math, triple checked when I realized I was completely wrong about something, and were exceedingly patient! I even had to go back today about an issue with the postal service which meant they had to do even more work, and they were so kind and worked so hard to assist me. Shout out to Shaylynn, who helped us out both times and was the kindest human through all of it!”
