“I had an excellent experience at UPS thanks to Rita's outstanding customer service. I was having an issue with an Amazon return and wasn't sure how to proceed, but Rita took the time to help me every step of the way. She patiently explained the return process, answered all my questions, and even assisted me in communicating with Amazon to make sure everything was handled correctly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and smooth. Rita went above and beyond to ensure I understood my options and felt confident that my return would be processed properly. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and her willingness to take extra time to assist me was greatly appreciated. Because of Rita's exceptional support, my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Rita, for providing such outstanding service and making my experience a positive one.”

“Luca was very friendly and helpful- ensured my packages were sealed appropriately! I will never go to another UPS location, i was at the Albertson 5480 store 10 minutes prior and not only was the associate rude, the manager Frank was sarcastic and rude- so much so that I didnt give them all my packages because i couldnt wait to leave their Albertson store. I drove 10 minutes to this Greenvale store and was greeted with a smile and a flawless pleasant experience”

“I called this UPS store for some help.
Cliff and Destiny were both really helpful while I was trying to figure out a shipping issue where Mercari charged me almost $60. They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“Every time I go there I’m always attended with the best service. This nice young man in specific, I believe his name is Enrique, is the sweetest of them all. He’s always very respectful and looking to solve any customers problems. He’s a charming young man and I look forward to seeing him every time I go to the store. The reason why I’ve become a regular customer at that ups store is because of him. I travel 30 minutes only to get to see him and of course receive the best service. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 store.”
“Sherri was super helpful with providing a notary that apparently half the banks I went to, do not handle anymore. Even with a weirdo customer ahead of me, she gracefully let me cut to wrap things up quickly for me. Would definitely come back for more services. Thx guys”
