Thanks to Raj he called the company and get the requested info so I was able to file a claim and get a replacement phone. I have been to 3 different metro stores every single store given me a brush off. “Had an amazing experience today in store. After trying multiple times to upgrade my phone without having to have the new phone shipped to me, I was finally able to walk out of the store with my new phone with the help of Juan. He’s amazing at his job and helped me with way more than I even expected. I left the store feeling more than satisfied and really happy with my purchase. He even switched me over to a plan that suits me better than the one I had at the moment. Just wanted to shine a light on him being an outstanding mobile expert.

“So I took my IPhone 7 Plus to get the mic fixed and to fix my back camera lens. When I picked up my phone I waited to get my back lens fixed that wasn’t an issue but overall I was completely satisfied with their work. Everything was working like it was brand new Ariel at the Green Acres location was great nice man and even threw in a free phone case of my choice. Although a bit pricey is why I’m giving them 4 stars but Thanks again!”
