“Annual car inspection this morning at Upstate Chevy, and a few maintenance issues to correct. Very efficient process to schedule an inspection appointment. They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container.We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”

“AJ's is top notch!! Professional, Courteous & The TRUE Definition of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all About, ALOT of companies out there could take lessons from them! After waiting 3 hours for my roadside assistance program to send someone to change my flat tire, and that tow operator not being able to do it, I called AJ's and Sarah was all over it and 45 minutes later I was on my way to open my office 4 hours late, & they are repairing my tire for me. “5/7/2020 Serviced my '04 F350 Holmes Auto Repair is simply amazing! After many years of frustration and disappointment dealing with numerous ''other'' shops, all of that was washed away by bringing my vehicle to Holmes Auto Repair. They did what was asked and needed and did what they said they would do. They were very thorough and caring and in addition to the repairs that were done, they also inspected and ensured that i knew the overall condition of my vehicle from front to rear for peace of mind and not just said they did like other shops. Their old school approach from a time when mechanics used to be real mechanics is truly a blessing and a welcome surprise. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about you as a customer and your vehicle. They are of the mindset that ''if ya can't do it right, don't do it at all.'' You are definitely not just another dollar sign like most other shops. They serviced my vehicle like it was their own and treated me like a friend, which even included a final visual ''walk thru'' and explanation of the work that was done. “I'm visiting from out of state and punctured my tire on my 2022 Pacifica. They got me in the same day w a 1pm appoint. Showed up at 1 to the nicest crew I've ever experienced at a dealer. They got me right in. Waiting in a nice clean waiting room. And got me out quick. Patched my tire. Filled my washer fluid. And offered an oil change. Excellent service. Excellent crew. 10/10.”

“So I did not need my car repaired but they have a gas pump that we used to fill up our car, and the service was very nice and was honestly a highlight in a seven hour car ride. They have a cute little one room museum that I recommend you just stop for”
