“Lived here for a few semesters, probably the cheapest place you can find which has decent living space. Not far at all from Binghamton campus. Only gas and electricity are not included in rent and can range from $20-100.”
“They are located just outside of the city right across the street from a nice park. The apartments are clean and up to date. They are very proactive with repairs and keeping everything looking clean. It's one of those places where they are trying to improve and be relevant. A lot of younger people live here with a few older people spotted around. The pool is sufficient. I recommend it based on the good value.”

“Relocating and I’ve been apartment searching. The property manager (Ms. Renee) at Holly Brook was awesome when showing me around, she answered all my questions and let me know about things in the area (bars, restaurants and shopping). I really like the two bedroom/1 bath because the kitchen is the exact color I have where I live now so I won’t have to change my decor.”
