“I’m currently living here, it is a friendly and safe place. The fire alarms definitely work ?, the study rooms are nice to do work in?, and you can relieve some stress with a nice workout in the lobby gym. Maintenance is also conveniently easy to contact and Gavin always gets the job done well ?.”

“They are located just outside of the city right across the street from a nice park. The apartments are clean and up to date. They are very proactive with repairs and keeping everything looking clean. It's one of those places where they are trying to improve and be relevant. A lot of younger people live here with a few older people spotted around. The pool is sufficient. I recommend it based on the good value.”

“It was truly an amazing experience. For me, the campus square is the best apartment one can think of. Fully furnished and extremely convenient in terms of laundry, trash disposal etc.Scott is excellent as the manager. Very humble, polite and helpful. The other management members are also very smart and hardworking. Wishing the management team all the very best.”

“I've been living at Holly Brook for about 5 years and absolutely love this apartment complex. There are several buildings, some with older apartments, some with newer renovations. The apartments are spacious, nice, and affordable. Management is great- Maribeth is a very nice landlord, responsive to emails, and when you have a maintenance request they respond very quickly. There are washer/dryers in every building, but you do have to pay to use them (~$2 per load). The apartment is very quiet and walls are thick. There might be some students living here, but its mostly young professionals, so its not loud and you don't have to worry about BU students partying here. My only complaint is that maintenance typically plows the parking lot around mid morning, after most people have to go to work, so it can be difficult to get out if there's a big storm. I also wish it was dog friendly, not just cat friendly. But overall I love living here and feel its the nicest apartment complex in the area that isn't student housing.”
