“Tim Cseledy has always been a pleasure to work with for the purchase.. Twenty years ago they honored a warranty and shipped a part to Arkansas when I broke down. That was commendable. However service depts here and next door always leave a lot to be desired. It’s rushed, unfriendly, disheveled and snooty. I think that unless you are friends with the upper management and owners it’s good service but the rest of us are just numbers to them.”
