These guys are pretty friendly and fast! I have NEVER had a problem until last weekend- Spencer, you're pretty rude. I heard you openly disparage a customers attitude in front of me whispering, then when I returned my car, I heard you mention your passion for taking photos of the dirtiest rentals returned to your location. It seems you don't grasp that people typically have the gift of hearing. Perhaps you need another HR seminar. Your coworkers thankfully are much better with people. You are burned out.”

“I thought I had a major problem with my car, took it into Matthew's Nissan Service. I told Kurt what the problem was and my concerns. Kurt called me about an hour later saying that the heat shield over my muffler came loose. Cost of labor and repair, $10.78!!! Thank you, Matthew's!!”
