“I do enough of my own work on cars and around the house that it's really nice to be able to get the things I need at a reasonable price and get good customer service while I am there if I ever need a hand with something!!”
“One of the workers cheerfully helped load my cart and my truck. He then tried to refuse a tip, but I insisted because he went the extra dinstance to help. Thanks Mike!”

“I had a list of items to buy for my bathroom renovation. I had researched online and asked the contractor. I was offered help by Lowe’s employees. Good I listened. They knew a lot. Found the best options to match what I was looking for plus looked for discounts. They helped also with the calculation of how many boxes of tiles and floor planks I’d need for the square footage. Told me store pick up is free versus home delivery. I learned a lot and got out faster than I would have if I tried to figure it all out on my own. I highly recommend Lowe’s Vestal.”

“From the moment I met Nick I keep returning to the same store. His customer service was extraordinary. I didn’t even know he is the store supervisor. He was so kind and helpful. I don’t even bother to compare the pricing to big retailers. For me being helped at the right moment with the right attitude means more than just running around to compare prices.
Even though they actually have great prices.
The staff is amazing in their stores Owego and Vestal one too.
And if you have a bigger project email Adam Hall. He is a great help with getting quotes for you. And very professional.”
