171 Front St, VestalWe've been bringing our terrier to Kirsten for years, following her from PetSmart to her own place in Conklin and now back to Vestal. Cocoa isn't the most compliant dog and isn't fond of nail trims, but has always loved Kirsten and loves coming home smelling like flowers. While we haven't used other groomers at this location, I have no reason to think they put any less love or care into their work.

2316 Vestal Pkwy E, VestalMy pup and I are so happy we found this place! Making an appointment for a new patient exam was easy and we were able to have my dog seen in a reasonable amount of time. The interior of the building is very pretty. They have a comfortable waiting area with animal themed tv content playing. The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Dr. Durham was gentle and knowledgeable. Her and her tech spent a lot of time with us during the exam. They were thorough and treated my dog with care. The tech was kind enough to educate my husband and I on how to clip our dog's nails ourselves rather than us paying for it. We had routine bloodwork done on a Friday night and I had an email with the results first thing Monday morning. We found the prices to be very reasonable. We feel like our sweet dog is in good hands here. Highly recommend!

From the first time she became seriously ill, they showed me what veterinary care could truly be — welcoming us without hesitation, guiding me through every frightening step, and making us both feel supported.
I don’t have much support in my life, but VCA has been that support. They’ve given my dog more time, comfort, and chances than I could have managed alone. I genuinely don’t know how I would have done this without them. If you want a clinic that leads with skill, heart, and humanity, VCA is the place. I recommend them with complete gratitude.
