“Best Buys are good everywhere, but the Victor, NY store is a very special place. When I had to go to the Henrietta store, after having been to the Victor store many times, that is when I noticed the difference. At Victor you are treated as family, not merely as a consumer. Yes, all Best Buy personal are knowledgable, but at Victor they were willing to spend as much time with you as needed or desired. At Henrietta, I would have had to have paid $40 for a phone set up, at Victor they did it for free, not just once, but as many times as I needed it. Their Geek Squad and staff were totally at my disposable as if I was the only customer in the store. At Victor their entire staff genuinely cared about their customers and making sure they were completely satisfied when they left. Whoever is managing the Victor store must be on a personal crusade to provide excellent service to all of their customers. I must say, I rarely have experienced anything like this in my shopping experiences.”

“I went to the Home Depot across from Eastview mall (not my regular location) and I was so pleased and surprised by the excellent survice and willingingness of employees to help me. I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.”
