“Best Buys are good everywhere, but the Victor, NY store is a very special place. When I had to go to the Henrietta store, after having been to the Victor store many times, that is when I noticed the difference. At Victor you are treated as family, not merely as a consumer. Yes, all Best Buy personal are knowledgable, but at Victor they were willing to spend as much time with you as needed or desired. At Henrietta, I would have had to have paid $40 for a phone set up, at Victor they did it for free, not just once, but as many times as I needed it. Their Geek Squad and staff were totally at my disposable as if I was the only customer in the store. At Victor their entire staff genuinely cared about their customers and making sure they were completely satisfied when they left. Whoever is managing the Victor store must be on a personal crusade to provide excellent service to all of their customers. I must say, I rarely have experienced anything like this in my shopping experiences.”
“Everyone knows dealing with getting or changing phone plans can be stressful. That being said Melvin and Gino were amazing at assisting me with my situation ( it was not an issue caused by T-mobile). These 2 reps did not even make a Commission, by helping me.This is a breath of fresh air not only for dealing with cell phone services, but also gives me hope that customer service can be what it once was. “I have been fairly active in the audio hobby for close to 60 years. While some shops were good none were as good and helpful as Robert and his partner, Scott. They have decades of accumulated knowledge and experience and are very forthcoming. They work by appointment only which is nice because you have all their attention with no distractions.
By their recommendation I just purchased a streaming device that exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t be happier.
