He was extremely patient, very professional, resourceful and very kind to not only recommend the correct hinges for my project but also helped put the wood planks together for me. He went over and above helping us!!I was later helped by Maureen at the Service desk to make truck rental arrangements. She went over and above too to stow my items overnight. A very nice and knowledgeable young man named Devine took care of us and did an awesome job explaining the differences and showing us the different types. We took up quite a bit of his time and he was very patient with us. I would like to thank him for the awesome service and let his superiors know what an outstanding young man he is and that he did a great job helping us out.”

“I don't come to this location often, only because it isn't that close to home and we are the kinda people that start a task and have to go shopping while the house is basically torn a part. I always get a little lost at first, because I am a Lowe's shopper by default. The last time I was in here, I got great assistance from an employee! He helped me find potting soil and even carried it to a cart for me. He was fantastic! I really appreciate the self check out in this store. Spacious and it is quick and easy to use. Definitely a nice hardware store.”

“It can be hard to get a pickup truck when you want it as not all stores may have one available. You can reserve one only at the Henrietta store, otherwise it's first come, first served. I've had reservations canceled on me a couple of times, which is really annoying if you've lined up hired help for your job. Depending on which store you rent from, you may get an older or newer truck. It can be hit or miss. So far I've hired from the Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta stores. Make sure you have your driver ID and insurance card with you when you go or they will not rent a truck or to you.”
