“What can one say about a LEGO store other than, this place is AWESOME!!!! Bright lights insure that you see every item in this store and I love that. However, they have so many awesome sets that it can be hard to choose. Throughout the store you'll find assembled sets. Need replacement bricks? There's a wall of options. Spending time with a special little one (or big kid) let them create their own mini figure at the mini figure station. I love that the sales people don't hound you but are friendly and helpful. If you don't want to walk the entire mall enter in the JcPenny wing. It'll be across the the hall next to Boxed Lunch. You can't miss it! Just a warning to parents of children with sensory issues: the bright lights, various colors and all the wonderful items can be over whelming and over stimulating. I would highly suggest a pair of sunglasses to allow them to experience the store.”

“My daughter, mother and I went for the first time for my daughter’s 4th birthday. I then ordered 3 more online because low key obsessed. The staff needs to be making top tier $. We waited for over an hour to cash out because the register was broken. The woman working made phone calls, tried the back up register and so on.(and you could see how stressful it was for her to continue to try the same things over and over. She isn’t tech support, she’s a best friend maker.) The whole 9 yards. They could have told us tough luck and made us leave, but we drove 2 hours to get there and even while being flustered the staff didn’t wanna make oak sad (or my mom mad lol) . After not getting the register to work she let us leave with Oaks bear. And it seriously better not have come out of her pocket.
