The vets, the vet techs and other support staff are consistently kind, caring and very competent! I never have an issue with getting an appointment within an appropriate amount of time (for sick visits too), or getting any questions answered over the phone by support staff regarding any issue or concern. This clinic is also very prompt in getting you into a room for your appointment once you check-in for an appointment (minimal wait room time). This is especially helpful if you have anxious animals! The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. The turnaround time between your appointment and getting any follow up results (always a phone call from the vet themselves) about bloodwork, other tests, etc. is often quick. You can tell that they truly care. Nothing but great things to say about this practice! Thank you for caring for my animals and the difficult work that you do.

The instructors were very knowledgeable about this breed and some of the challenges with training them. The primary instructor led the class with additional trainers stepping in to help the participants and their dogs. It was great! The training and classes were well organized. I would highly recommend using this group.

For training, Edward and Jody have trained our pointer to be an exceptional and obedient hunter, and have helped us in understanding how to handle the dogs at home and in the field. Our pointer has made incredible progress because of them.
For boarding, the dogs always come home well rested and I know that they have plenty of exercise, care and attention while they are at Dogworks.
Your dog will be in great hands at Dogworks.

Iglo dining outside (heated of course) in the wintertime is a unique experience. The menu offers a choice of dinner classics as well as seasonal specials from the chef. The menu also offers those with food sensitivity multiple choices, including several gluten-free options. Attentive staff & great food every time we dine here.

When my order was dropped off to me there were three business card type things in the bag and I thought they were just advertisements so I tossed them aside. As we sat down to eat, we noticed that what we had weren't subs, they were actually wraps but we shrugged it off because we knew the store had been busy and the wraps were just as enjoyable as a sub. Later on, I took a closer look at the "business cards" and saw that they were actually coupons for free subs with no purchase necessary. Three of them. Instead of canceling my order because they ran out of bread or because they were so busy, they made our sandwiches on wraps and then comped the entire meal BEFORE there was any opportunity for potential confrontation from any upset customers. That is amazing customer service and amazing management!

816 Eastview Mall, VictorService was good, it was late afternoon and not too busy. They had a decent selection of savory and sweet items as well as coffee and tea. I got the Apricot Shortbread Bar and I thought the price was very fair for being located in a mall. The flavor was good, but it was a little dry. I didn't get that buttery shortbread taste I was looking forward to. I would definitely go back and try something else next time.
