The level of customer service is outstanding and absolutely amazing. The manager is a consummate professional, incredibly helpful, friendly, organized, and a generally marvelous guy to talk to. Staff go above and beyond, offering clear, patient, and professional suggestions, whether helping someone choose a model, answering questions, or introducing game systems in a player-friendly way. They are always down to help new people get into the hobby with knowledge, games, and painting. This positive experience makes it a perfect setting for any kind of hobbyist to enjoy, and a place highly recommended for all Warhammer needs.
This place is fantastic if you’re looking for Warhammer +, but not only that , they offer a free painting basics class and I highly recommend this even if you’re an experienced painter!
