Staff go above and beyond, offering clear, patient, and professional suggestions, whether helping someone choose a model, answering questions, or introducing game systems in a player-friendly way. They are always down to help new people get into the hobby with knowledge, games, and painting. This positive experience makes it a perfect setting for any kind of hobbyist to enjoy, and a place highly recommended for all Warhammer needs.
This was the FedEx store! Had a great experience with Mike & Jim! Very friendly, helpful to get my label off my phone to mail back my package! I could not do it! Both had to use there phone to take a picture to finally make the label! (Not at store to do pic's)

Alex is really helpful and nice. Every time I come here, there are people hanging out in the store painting or playing a game. It's a great atmosphere and I feel lucky to have such a nice GW store near me.
