“The selection at the store is incredible, and what is even more incredible is the Customer Service; every employee I have encountered, including the store manager have gone way out of their way to help me out and offer me honest advice and just be generally awesome people to deal with… This is something that’s so rare in retail these days, especially with a large company like cycle gear. These guys are just awesome and if you didn’t already know, they change tires for $65 apiece, and only $35 apiece if you buy the tires through them!! “Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”
“After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)”

If the serviceman who I spoke to knew that the software update would take more than 6 hours, then why wasn't I asked to come in at 8am? Not a problem. I drove a courtesy car yesterday and most of today, filled it back up and brought it back.”

“This is the parts store I usually go to. They are not the cheapest, but I believe that is because the parts they offer aren't cheaply made. And they always have the part I need and I have a FIAT. Parts for that are not easy to come by without going to the dealership.”
