“Went to O’Rilley’s today to replace both of my front windshield wiper blades, As I was from out of town and did not know my way around, there are no O’Reillys auto parts where I live-Jeremy was excellent. He not only helped me get the right blades, but he came out and installed them for me as well. I have arthritis in my hands and it’s difficult for me to do something like install wiper blades. He also gave me information on the rewards program and was just overall friendly and helpful.”
“While driving with my children on a road trip during horrendous rain, our windshield wiper decided to go on the fritz. This store was the closest on Google Maps, so we made it over and the two gentlemen working there that day were so helpful- quickly got new blades on for us, and even investigated why the wiper arm itself was loose and fixed that for us. So, so appreciative of their kindness and helpfulness, especially when it was such awful weather!”

“I had the best experience here! A little after 5pm, I noticed my rear bumper was hanging off… I’m not sure how it happened. I walked into the collision center ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away and told to come back another time. Instead, Cindy and Eva were so quick to help. Jeff came out and quickly fixed my bumper and replaced a piece I was missing. He even buffed a scratch off! The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.”
“They had what I was really seeking, but 3 items I ordered online were unavailable and canceled which was a bit disappointing (inventory discrepancy). Store needs an update badly, but the clearance prices here surely are the star!”

“The selection at the store is incredible, and what is even more incredible is the Customer Service; every employee I have encountered, including the store manager have gone way out of their way to help me out and offer me honest advice and just be generally awesome people to deal with… This is something that’s so rare in retail these days, especially with a large company like cycle gear. These guys are just awesome and if you didn’t already know, they change tires for $65 apiece, and only $35 apiece if you buy the tires through them!! Thank you Chad and team for your honesty and exemplary customer care.”
