Finally remembered to go to the store to explain what was going on and found out when the employees installed the wipers, they were not installed correctly and were loose. The two employees who helped me were very nice and replaced the blades.”

“I had the best experience here! A little after 5pm, I noticed my rear bumper was hanging off… I’m not sure how it happened. I walked into the collision center ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away and told to come back another time. Instead, Cindy and Eva were so quick to help. Jeff came out and quickly fixed my bumper and replaced a piece I was missing. He even buffed a scratch off! The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.”
