“I have had nothing but good experiences at the CVS in Rotterdam. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The store seems organized and I am usually in and out of there quickly.”
“I have been a customer here for literally decades. There have been many changes including a remodel/enlargement of the pharmacy section a number of years ago. The store now seems to be running well. Despite installing checkout machines they maintain at least one clerk up front although you may need to find him/her on off hours. Between the world’s longest receipts and the e mails there are bargains to be had. Recent lesson-if you have an “X percent off one item” coupon, DO NOT use extra bucks on the same transaction. Just use the coupon or the extra bucks will be deducted from the item before the coupon is applied.
The pharmacy itself is pretty efficient but don’t try to pick up during the 4-6 PM hour, and remember their lunch break! The new pharmacist addition, Ben I believe is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall much better service than Walgreens and more convenient than Price Chopper.”

“I pulled a doozy and only packed just enough of my medication for my trip when I was unexpectedly stranded in NY for an extended period. The pharmacist at Hannaford was so helpful and filled my medications. She even helped me get them at a discounted price without having to file through my insurance since going through that process would have been extremely grueling with needing prior authorization, etc. I am so thankful for the grace given and help and understanding received since these are medications that are necessary to prevent seizures. We need more pharmacies like this. <3”

“This review is directly for the PHARMACY at the 3916 Carman Rd, Schenectady, NY 12303 location. They went well above and beyond for me today without even asking. They listened to the unique issue I was having in filling a prescription and it was told to me they were the pharmacy that had it. Not only did the pharmacist take time to call price chopper to transfer a prescription he also took the time to file it right before the pharmacy closed for lunch break. I cannot thank the pharmacy here enough you have no idea what it meant to me.”

“I needed a receipt reprinted from 10 days ago. Every employee in the store, on the phone and in person, was extremely courteous and helpful. They took the time to work with me and were able to reprint my receipt, which was extremely helpful to me. The store is clean and stocked. I moved my prescriptions to this location and am glad I did. The pharmacy staff is also wonderful. They are patient when busy while still being efficient. They take the time to answer questions and check in when prompted. I am very happy with this location and plan to continue shopping here.”

For any elders I would recommend her, if it's not a 911 call. She spoke to higher ups , she did all she could for medical care. She and myself came to a resolution. She used her own device to see what I seen was inaccurate for Internet post or regards that are inaccurate.

Kris is a hidden gem of a pharmacist and I am so glad to have switched over to this pharmacy from one of the big national chains that was unreliable.Is it a smaller pharmacy? Yes. Does that mean at peak times you might have to wait for a person or two in front of you? Yes. That’s not the staff’s fault. The staff here more than makes up for it with their quality work and professional approach.They have the resources of the large national chains with a small town feel. “This is a nice supermarket. It has mainly everything I need. I am so grateful to have both the Guilderland and Voorheesville location close by to my house.
My only complaint that I have is I wish the bakery had more to offer and I noticed the bakery there doesn't even have a counter.
I was even surprised to see a lobster tank there too. Staff there are great and very helpful.”
