“I have used this jeweler for anything special and even everyday pieces for over 10 years now.
My first special piece was a diamond drop pendant for my daughter’s 30th birthday. I had a diamond and found a picture of what I thought she would like- they designed it better than the picture. She has not taken it off in 10 years.
My latest that I wanted designed was a diamond and blue sapphire ring and pendant. Again I brought in my ideas and after a few tweaks and some amazing ideas I have 2 absolutely stunning pieces that I couldn’t be happier with. I have never owned anything this beautiful.

“I’m beyond happy that I chose to go to Kay to pick out that special ring. Francesca and Hilda sat with me for hours and helped me to design the perfect ring from scratch (literally stone by stone!). As someone who knows nothing about jewelry I can’t tell you how thankful I was for the support of the team here. I took hours of their precious time (as they explained to me each and every aspect of designing a ring) and they were so patient and supportive the whole way through. I definitely waited longer than I should have to get started on the ring, but they saved the day when they were able to expedite the process to guarantee I was ready for that special day. I (and the hopefully soon-to-be Mrs.) owe a debt I can never repay. Truly wonderful people here, can’t recommend enough!

“Swarovski is famous the world over for their crystals. The 900 lb star with 3 million crystals topping the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center is by Swarovski. Their flagship store is also in Rock Center, but if you want to get some of their jewelry and crystal figurines at sale prices, go to the outlet store in Riverhead. The inventory might not be the latest up-to-minute releases, but they are the genuine articles and their quality is second to none. The store is brightly lit to make all the crystals in the store sparkle to catch your eye. My wife loves their crystal figurines, especially the themed ones like cute animals and Disney characters. We have quite a collection in our curio cabinet from many birthdays and Christmases. Some might be on special sale price, but may not be priced in the display case as such, so ask the sales person. It might also be on final sale if it's the last one on display. If you're looking for a gift for that special someone, here it is!”
