Thank god I’m not an actual member of this branch. Stopped in for something. Waited on line for 20 minutes while being 3rd in line. 1 teller knows what they are doing, while the others walk over and ask what to do with every question.

Walked in this morning and Nate greeted us immediately, then invited us into his office. He was patient, engaging and guided us through the answers to our every question. Terrific banking experience.

Pathetic customer services team. It will take them 30 minutes to answer the basic questions like bill date which is not mentioned on your online app. They try to provide you less and less information so you can skip your bill due date
