“My husband and I purchased a shower door several years ago and it still looks brand new. I love having a glassed-in shower, it creates a beautiful space. The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m always met with a smile. Going to a family owned Buisness is on a whole different level, the attention to detail and care they take in the customer just doesn’t compare to Lowe’s or Home Depot.”
“Amazing experience at this store today because of Billy! Extremely courteous and helpful. Went to the back and grabbed a toolbox for me and looked for a long time for another tool that they unfortunately did not have in stock. These days you walk into many stores and can't find anyone to help you but this store is very different it's two thumbs up. Billy worked at a different location previously and was always extremely helpful anytime I've visited the store. Glad to see the company is recognizing the people who make their stores feel different than the norm these days. ??”

“We were in search of a last minute snowblower as ours started to see better days. Thanks to John who went above and beyond for us when we had a locked credit card issue while trying purchase online. He secured the last snowblower while were on the phone trying to fix this issue. It was refreshing to have some humanity in customer service, which tends to be almost nonexistent these days. “I went in on Thursday 9/11/25 . would like to thank the young gentleman that helped me remake an A/C hose for my 1984 318 i BMW . I have to apologize. I asked him his name at least 3 times . Can’t remember his name . He professionally and courteously helped me rebuild a 40 yr old plus a/c hose . The challenge wasn’t the rebuild . The challenge was your staff member trying to decipher my lack of knowledge. He spent an inordinate amount of time with me to figure out what I needed and manufactured a custom hose for my 1984 318i BMW . Great job ! Great professional courteous service. Also , they made it for me while I waited !!”

“This place is amazing! Because it's beautifully designed and organized. They have everything you can imagine (and more) yet doesn't appear cluttered. The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. When I first walked in, I felt like I had come from a time machine and was experiencing a store setup like they were in the past, in a small town. The staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my project.”
“Very large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”
“I just bought a mini fridge for my new martial arts studio that just opened this month and Christian who was in the fridge department did more than just help me. He offered to help me bring it around the strip by Old Navy which is on the entirely other side of the plaza and bring it in as well. He did the extra mile when it comes to customer service and I will definitely be coming back to him for all of my Home Depot needs!”
“Very helpful staff. When you don't feel like going to Home Depot, I find that ace is quicker and basically have similar products. Prices at Ace are competitive and sometimes with sales less expensive.”

This was our first time at Lowe’s, we were about to walk out and leave all of our purchase at the store since we couldn’t get wood cut. Adam saw we were struggling and lended a helping hand to cut the wood BY HAND. AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ANYWHERE!
